Terms and Conditions
To ensure a safe and well-organized service, please read the following information carefully before booking:
Age and Documentation Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Required documents: valid driver’s license (international license recommended for non-EU customers) and a valid ID.
Driving Experience
Scooter: By booking a scooter or Vespa, the customer declares they have experience riding two-wheeled vehicles. If at delivery the operator deems the customer unable to drive safely, the rental will be canceled without refund for safety reasons.
Car: By booking a manual or automatic car, the customer declares they are able to drive that type of transmission. Otherwise, the rental may be blocked without refund.
Cancellation and Return
- Free cancellation: available up to 48 hours before the rental start time.
- Vehicle return: the vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition, with the same fuel or battery level.
Proper Use and Deposit
- Proper use: the vehicle must be used responsibly, in compliance with the Highway Code. It is forbidden to allow unauthorized persons to drive.
- Security deposit: may be required in some cases at the staff’s discretion.
Damages, Theft, and Accessories
- Damage or theft: in case of damage, loss, or theft, the customer must reimburse repair costs or the current value of the vehicle.
- Accessories: we are not responsible for damage to personal devices caused by phone holders, chargers, or other provided accessories.
No-Show and Contract
No-show: in case of failure to show up on the rental day, the full amount may be charged, even if only a deposit was paid.
At the time of pick-up at the office or home delivery, the customer will sign the full paper contract with all terms and conditions.
